As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across consulting, technical, and utility-focused positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the potential to convert into a long-term role.
Position Summary
The Recruiter will partner closely with the Senior recruiter, hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of professional and technical positions across consulting, utility operations, engineering, GIS, and project management functions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and consulting positions.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate feedback with hiring teams.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Present qualified candidates within established service level expectations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with leadership on recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent availability.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate closing activities.
Required
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting professional, technical, engineering, technology, consulting, or utility industry talent.
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience recruiting for utility, energy, IT, Technical and Business architecture, engineering, GIS, project management, or consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting both contract and permanent hiring.
- Familiarity with California employment practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Within the first 90 days, the Recruiter will:
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers.
- Build candidate pipelines for priority skill sets.
- Successfully manage active requisitions from intake through offer.
- Improve recruiting responsiveness and candidate engagement.
- Deliver high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

The salary range for this position is provided in good faith and is subject to variation based on geographic location, candidate experience, and market conditions. Final compensation will be determined after a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications and alignment with the role.
